This Hiking Tour we made for you who want to explore the highest jungle mountain in Bali which is Mount Abang, in this adventure we will hike the jungle in Mount Abang, visit some very unique temples that are in the jungle and at the top of the mountain. In addition we will also be able to see the breathtaking views of Lake Batur, Mount Batur, and the amazing Sunrise.Mount Abang is located in Bangli regency about 60 kilometers from Denpasar city, the capital of Bali province. Bangli Regency itself is located in the middle of Bali Island. Therefore, this regency has no coastal areas. The height of Mount Abang is 2,152 meters above sea level. It is the second highest mountain in Bali. The top of the mountain can be reached by climbing for approximately 2.5 hours.Mount Abang is known as a very virgin mountain by the Balinese people. The hiking trail is a kind of pilgrimage to the summit with a passionate atmosphere. Along the trekking journey you will pass through green tropical forests that have grown for hundreds of years. This trekking tour is believed to be more energized when you pray at a temple during the journey to the top of Mount Abang.Puncak Gunung Abang Bali offers a promising panorama of the beauty of the green tropical nature in the highlands of Bali.
MT ABANG INTENERY :
- 01.00 to 01.30 am: Pick up from your hotel (Pick up time depends on where you are staying in Bali, an air-conditioned car will drive you directly to the starting point of the trekking tour in Suter village).
- 03.00 am: Arrive at Gunung Abang Trekking Registration office
- 03.15 am Coffee Break before starting the tour
- 03.30 am – We will transfer you to the climbing location, the climb to the top of Mount Abang will be accompanied by an experienced Local Guide.
- 04.30 am – Stop at Plane Temple, and take a short break.
- 05.15 am – Second break at Andong temple for another drink of water.
- 06.00 am – Arrive at the top of Mount Abang and wait for the sunrise.
- 06.15 am – Enjoy the sweet sunrise with views of Mount Batur, Mount Agung, and Mount Rinjani in Lombok, as well as views of Abang Village.
- 07.30 am – Seek holy water from the top of Mount Abang before descending.
- 09.30 am – Return to the forest of Mount Abang and see a variety of trembesi trees and a small temple.
- 10.30 am – Arrive back at the Local Guide office, where the driver is waiting for us.
